Each unit has a washer/dryer and stocked with environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Located just over the hill from Hollywood and just outside downtown Los Angeles, the NoHo Arts District is very accessible to both, but without the higher density, noise and traffic. Instead, you’ll find the neighborhood between the 134 and 170 freeways, a couple of miles north of Toluca Lake and Universal Studios with Burbank to the east and San Fernando Valley suburbs like Valley Village and Studio City to the west. As a designated neighborhood within North Hollywood, the NoHo Arts District is considered a uniquely walkable cultural hub that is home to contemporary theaters, cafés, coffee houses and pubs. Live, work and play all within walking distance if you choose.
